Shipping Policy

 

Flat Rate & Delivery Options

 

  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping applies to all orders within the continental U.S.

  • Free Local Delivery is available for eligible zip codes in Northeast Ohio.

 

Processing & Shipping Time

 

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services. Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are not guaranteed.

  • The term "shipped" refers to the time between order fulfillment and transfer to the shipping carrier. Once in transit, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

  • The Cigar Barn does not ship internationally or to locations where tobacco sales are restricted.

  • P.O. Boxes and USPS mailboxes are not eligible for delivery.

  • Apparel ships separately from other items.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

  • Once marked "delivered" by the carrier, an order is considered complete.

  • The Cigar Barn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments after transfer to the shipping carrier.

  • If an issue arises, contact customer service for assistance.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Eligible Returns

 

  • Unopened boxes of cigars, accessories, and clothing can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • The Cigar Barn reserves the right to refuse or prorate credit for returns in inadequate condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Single cigars, coffee, and partially smoked cigars cannot be returned. Coffee is a perishable item and is non-refundable.

  • Opened cigar boxes or cut cigars are not eligible for returns.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact The Cigar Barn within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If the issue is due to The Cigar Barn's error, return shipping will be covered.

 

Refund Processing

 

  • Refunds are typically issued within four weeks, including transit, processing, and bank refund times.

  • If an order contained a free or promotional item, the promotional product must also be returned. Otherwise, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund.

  • Contact customer service with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
