All merchandise shipped from The Cigar Barn is is visually inspected to ensure all products are in perfect condition.
You may return most new, unopened boxes of cigars, accessories, and clothing within 30 days of delivery. The customer must pay the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. The Cigar Barn does not accept returns for single cigars. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your order contains an incorrect item or defective item you must notify The Cigar Barn within 48 hours after delivery. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in the same condition as it was received. The Cigar Barn will not accept returns on any open cigar boxes, cut cigars, and partially smoked cigars. Returns are processed on weekdays only. The Cigar Barn reserves the right to refuse or prorate credit for any returned item received in inadequate condition.
If the order contains a free or promotional product than the return must contain the free/promotional product. If the free/promotional product does not accompany the returned items, then the original price for that promotional product will be deducted from your credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any valid address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
An order is completed once marked delivered by the shipping service. If your order is lost or has been stolen The Cigar Barn (Thecigarbarn.com) is not responsible. Please contact our customer service for more assistance if needed.
Budget Shipping Option offers our customers a low cost shipping option. This shipping option is only valid on orders 13 ounces or under. The shipping service or speed may vary.
The Cigar Barn does not ship internationally or outside the continental united states.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours however, increased order volume or unforeseen circumstances may cause delay. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) will be processed the next day. If an order is placed on a weekend it will be shipped the following Monday. Holidays may delay processing times. We do not guarantee "shipped" speeds. The term "shipped" is the time between The Cigar Barn receiving your order, fulfilling your order, and transferring it to our shipping partner. Once your order is obtained by our shipping partner it is considered "shipped". While the order is in transit the shipping service is responsible for your order arriving in a timely manner.
Free Local Delivery Terms & Conditions
The Cigar Barn offers free local delivery to specific zip codes located in Northeast Ohio. This delivery option will only become available if your shipping address qualifies for this option. "Free Local Delivery" is fulfilled by The Cigar Barn LLC. When this option is selected, you agreeing that The Cigar Barn Staff and Partners fulfill and deliver your order. This option may only be used for locations in which you reside or own. By placing an order with this option you are allowing The Cigar Barn Staff or Partners to access your property or property where you reside so that your delivery may be fulfilled. The Cigar Barn is not responsible for any loss, stolen items or damage to your order once it has been delivered. Orders cannot be left in USPS mailboxes or P.O. Boxes. "Free Local Delivery" option differs from "Free Shipping". "Free Shipping" will be fulfilled by our shipping partners not The Cigar Barn Personnel. Once a delivery is made the customer is responsible for ensuring the contents are not received by anyone under 21 years old. The Cigar Barn will not deliver to anyone under 21 years old. By using this option you agree that you the customer will be receiving the order and it contents at time of delivery. The Cigar Barn Staff and Partners may request photo ID at time of delivery. The Cigar Barn Personnel have the right to deny delivery if unsafe conditions are met. If The Cigar Barn Personnel feel your order and it contents are at risk for theft or damage they may deny delivery. If any order is unable to be delivered it may be cancelled or shipped using one of our delivery partners. By selecting "Free Local Delivery" you agree that The Cigar Barn Staff/Partners may contact you by email or phone. Orders placed using this option may take 1-2 business days to process/fulfill. Deliveries are usually made within 1-2 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary. Delivery times will be quoted at time of checkout and are not guaranteed. Deliveries not collected by the customer directly may be left on/in a porch, doorstep, open garage, deck or secure package box. The Cigar Barn does not allow its personnel or partners to enter into any structure or home unless the structure is an apartment complex or residential facility. The Cigar Barn does not deliver "Free Local Delivery" to any schools, day cares, rehab facilities, nursing home facilities, medical facilities, jails, or prisons. Local deliveries are fulfilled between 10:00am - 8:00pm. As of 09/29/2021 a $2.00 handling fee will be added to all "Free Local Delivery" orders.
